Think before you act
Hmmm.. this is such an important phrase. Before doing something you should always make sure that that particular something isn't going to harm the person you give it to in any way. Usually, you don't mean to cause any hard feelings but sometimes you do.
One of my younger cousins, Jack, is diabetic. He's 8yrs old and got diabetes when he was just over a year old. Anyways, Jack is an altar boy at one of the churches in Malta. Today, he was celebrating mass - being Good Friday and afterwards, the priest in charge of the Altar Boys went up to them and gave them each a little present in a box. According to my aunt, Jack was so happy with this present. He could not even bring himself to guess what it is. When he finally opened it, he found a figolla, which is a typical sweet pastry with almond filling made in Easter time. The look of disappointement on his face said everything that he was feeling.
Personally, i really think that this priest really did show an act of kindness towards his altar boys, but i really do wish that he would have kept in mind the fact that Jack can not take sweet things... just because i hate to see the disappointment he feels whenever something like that happens!

Ahh well, but seriously not many really take the time to 'think' when it comes to such things. Becomes more of a formality than anything else.
Neat blog and that pic at the Taj is just too kewl.

haha ye i know, but the little guy was so disappointed. I hate to see that happen to him and any other person.. especially when the 'somebody' in question knows what his prob is!
